Kendra grew up in Idaho and has a professional background in agriculture. Her nine years of experience as a broker in the vegetable seed industry, and her five years with the Boise Fire Department before that, give her a multidimensional approach to insurance and risk management and enriches our agency’s perspective and local identity.  This trajectory has equipped her with the strategies and sensitivities necessary to match a customer’s needs with just the right provider (and vice versa!), along with a deep understanding of how fluctuating weather and natural disasters can impact production and livelihood in the Treasure Valley and beyond.

Driven by compassion and a resolute commitment to customer service, Kendra wants every Idaho community association to have the peace of mind that comes with the right insurance protection, personally tailored to their needs.

Kendra has a BS in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University and a Master of Arts degree in Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University. She lives in Meridian with her husband and their two children.

CPIA started because of a lifelong friendship and what can only be described as providential timing.

AJ and Kendra met in preschool and remained friends through many changes, over many years, and across state lines. In late 2021, each had spent a considerable amount of her adulthood working for her respective employer, and both found themselves ready for a change in their professional lives. Moreover, all signs pointed to the timing (finally) being right for AJ and her husband to make good on their 5-year plan to move to Idaho. Ultimately, Kendra and AJ realized that AJ’s experience as an HOA and condo insurance specialist would meet a growing need in Idaho… and the affirmation and support they have received since making that determination have been compelling.

Thus, Community Partners Insurance Agency was born.
