CPIA was built to be a local resource for volunteer board members and community managers in the Treasure Valley and beyond.

In all of our interactions, we aim to be professional while still remaining accessible and personal – in other words, we hope you’ll find that dealing with us is not transactional. We love what we do, and we want you to love working with us, so we are friendly and positive, easy to reach and easy to talk to, responsive, honest, and ethical. And of course, we want to accommodate and respect your communication preferences, both in terms of format and volume. Bottom line: we’d like to be the most helpful and least obnoxious insurance professionals you’ve ever dealt with.

CPIA aspires to be a committed advocate for Idaho community associations. We recognize that we hold a position of trust, both by our clients and our carrier partners, and honoring that trust by representing those interests responsibly is of paramount importance to us. Moreover, AJ has a long track record of legislative advocacy at both the state and federal levels, raising awareness and convening with legislators and government agencies when laws or regulations have been proposed with the potential to help or hurt community associations or the insurance industry in general.

Finally, to us, “Community Partners” isn’t just our name, it’s our mission. We acknowledge that it evokes both trust and interdependence, and we will strive to merit those connotations! We believe this mission extends beyond just our client and carrier relationships but applies to the greater community of the Treasure Valley at large. To that end, we are committed to giving back to local programs and causes promoting safety, resiliency, housing, and disaster recovery.

That’s enough about us - now we want to hear from you! Please reach out and let us know how we can partner with you or your association. Thank you for your interest in Community Partners Insurance Agency.
